Are you an adult living with Hydrocephalus and/or Spina Bifida in Ottawa and looking for connection?
The Hydrocephalus Canada – Ottawa Taster’s Club invites you to a casual, supportive in-person lunch social for adults who want to meet others with shared lived experience.

This group is about community, understanding, and low-pressure social connection — whether you feel like talking a lot or just listening and enjoying lunch.
