From time to time Hydrocephalus Canada will ask our stakeholders for their feedback, opinions and ideas about aspects of our organization such as programs & services, hours of operation or other areas of interest. In these surveys, we may ask our stakeholders to voluntarily provide information such as names, emails, addresses, etc. Survey results will be made public, but the information about whoever chooses to complete surveys will be kept confidential.
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Hydrocephalus Canada does not use Personal Information for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected or stated in this Privacy Policy, unless it has first obtained the consent of the person from whom such information was received.
