Dear community members,
Researchers at Western University – Drs. Laura Brunton & Caitlin Cassidy – are studying how adults with childhood‑onset disabilities receive healthcare after they leave pediatric services. We’re looking for Ontario adults (18+) with cerebral palsy or spina bifida who are not patients of the Transitional & Lifelong Care (TLC) Clinic in London, plus their caregivers/support people.
What’s involved?
Online survey (patient and/or caregiver)
Optional 30‑minute virtual interview (if selected)
