Jackson's Hope Fore Hydrocephalus Partner's With Annual Hydrocephalus Canada's Charity Golf Event
Jackson’s journey with hydrocephalus began when he was just four months old. Hydrocephalus, a condition caused by a build-up of cerebrospinal fluid in the brain, is typically treated through the surgical implantation of a shunt, which helps to continuously drain the fluid and relieve pressure. Over the years, Jackson has faced incredible challenges, undergoing ten brain surgeries to manage his condition.
Despite everything, Jackson lives life with an inspiring zest and resilience that lifts everyone around him. His strength, larger-than-life personality, and passionate heart have made him and his family cherished members of the Hydrocephalus Canada community.
For 15 years, Jackson’s hope — and the unwavering support of his family — has fueled meaningful advocacy and impactful fundraising efforts. Now, we are thrilled to announce that Jackson and his family are taking their commitment to the next level by partnering with the Hydrocephalus Canada Annual Charity Tournament. Their passion and energy will bring new momentum to the tournament, helping to raise critical awareness and support for all those affected by hydrocephalus. Together, we continue to build hope, celebrate resilience, and drive lasting change.

A message from Jackson's Mom
Jackson’s Hope Fore Hydrocephalus has proudly collaborated with Hydrocephalus Canada for 15 years. Our family is thrilled to be continuing this amazing advocacy by partnering with Hydrocephalus Canada for their Annual Golf Event.
Jackson’s Hope Fore Hydrocephalus is a charity event that my family, friends and I have proudly collaborated on to raise funds for research and awareness of hydrocephalus, for Hydrocephalus Canada, the Hospital for Sick Children and the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation.
As Jackson approaches his 10th surgery and his 18th birthday there is one thing that has never changed and that is his outlook on life! Jackson has incredible strength, resiliency and character! He is off to college this fall, which is something we are all so proud of him for accomplishing!
Your continued support as we shift our event focus over to a national event will help ensure that more families with hydrocephalus can be helped!
