Children and Teens in Charge of their Health: A feasibility study of solution-focused coaching to foster healthy lifestyles in children and young people with physical disabilities

Recruiting of youth to participate in this study is now closed. Thank you for your interest!

Summary

The research team want to see whether a type of coaching called “solution-focused coaching” makes it easier for young people with physical disabilities to be in charge of their own health. This coaching will help young people set goals around healthy eating and doing exercise that is right for you. We also want to hear what you think about healthy habits and what you think about solution-focused coaching.
