7PM Caregiver Series Session Two: Self-Care Practices

Our Caregiver Series is a peer-led series hosted by Recreational Recite and sponsors by Rexall Care Network. The Canada wide program offers caregivers a space to co-create an environment for connecting with others who are experiencing similar challenges, and develop a foundation for support. These five sessions will encourage outcomes including mentorship, resource sharing, self-care guidance, and building networks.
This session encourages participants to explore their current self-care practices and needs. The group will be offered prompting questions and activities to help establish individualized guides to self-care. This program aims to support reflection, accountability, and emotional regulation. This program has 5 sessions Oct 9th & 23rd, Nov 6th & 20th, Dec 4th & 11th. We ask if you register for the sessions you are able to make all sessions. Register HERE
