7PM Caregiver Series Session Three: Knowledge Sharing

Our Caregiver Series is a peer-led series hosted by Recreational Recite and sponsors by Rexall Care Network. The Canada wide program offers caregivers a space to co-create an environment for connecting with others who are experiencing similar challenges, and develop a foundation for support. These five sessions will encourage outcomes including mentorship, resource sharing, self-care guidance, and building networks.
This session encourages participants to share experiences, resources, and recommendations through guided activities and opportunities for open discussions. Knowledge Sharing aims to promote community support, creative problem solving, empathy, and resilience. This program has 5 sessions Oct 9th & 23rd, Nov 6th & 20th, Dec 4th & 11th.
