7PM Caregiver Series Session Four: Healthy Boundaries

Our Caregiver Series is a peer-led series hosted by Recreational Recite and sponsors by Rexall Care Network. The Canada wide program offers caregivers a space to co-create an environment for connecting with others who are experiencing similar challenges, and develop a foundation for support. These five sessions will encourage outcomes including mentorship, resource sharing, self-care guidance, and building networks.
This session aims to equip participants with the confidence and tools to set healthy boundaries for themselves. Conversation prompts such as saying no, letting go of control, and managing guilt will be offered as needed. This program promotes reflection, peer-support, patience, and strength. This program has 5 sessions Oct 9th & 23rd, Nov 6th & 20th, Dec 4th & 11th. We ask if you register for the sessions you are able to make all sessions. Register HERE
