Print PagePrint PageSend by emailSend by email

LIFE Toronto serves young people who have a physical disability and are making the transition into adulthood.

LIFE Toronto’s goal is to bridge the gap between child and adult services by providing participants with new skills and resources.

March of Dimes Canada will deliver these through life skills workshops and Conductive Education. Opportunities for real-life application in the community will be encountered during social outings and experiential learning at Outward Bound.

The complimentary components of the LIFE program will foster independence
within the individual.

Each applicant must:

  • Have a physical disability
  • Be able to direct his or her own care
  • Be between the ages of 19-30
