Inclusive Run Club
Socialize and share your joy of running with the rest of the pack. Weather permitting; the group takes predetermined routes through the neighbourhood around Spadina and Bloor. Runs last 30-45 minutes, depending on the level of the participants; in inclement weather runs take place indoors on the track. This fully inclusive run club is open to people of all abilities. Companions and support people are welcome.

Our programs provide a skills-driven, high-energy and fun-filled curriculum. (Ages 5-8)
Strike Goal Soccer Academy
This inclusive class provides an opportunity for little ones to enjoy "the beautiful game" with their parents! Coach T'ai places a focus on providing children with a supportive environment, giving children lots of touches on the ball and emphasizing teamwork, fair play and love of the game! (Ages 2-7)
Inclusive Musical Theatre
MusicalTheatre iconCollaborate, build confidence, and develop both interpersonal skills and performance skills in an inclusive, creative environment where kids can be themselves. Kids of all abilities welcome!
Artist facilitators: Paula Wolfson and Sara Winter, Broadway and West End awards winners. (Ages 6-12)
Mega Hoops is an inclusive children's basketball program in collaboration with the Ontario Basketball Association. OBA-certified instructors will teach physical literacy, fundamental movement and basketball skills in a supportive environment, guided by Canadian Sport for Life principles. Kids will also try Wheelchair-basketball with the Wheelchair Sports Association.
Wheel Dance: Latin Dance

Classes will cover the basic elements of partner dancing, with an emphasis on basic patterns, turns and timing, moving across the dance floor, and having fun. TIME: Together In Movement and Exercise - NEW
A trainer helps a woman stretch her back, she has her arms crossed over her chestDesigned by physiotherapists at Toronto Rehab, TIME is a safe, gentle, and fun exercise program for people experiencing balance and mobility challenges. TIME was developed for participants who have experienced stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis (MS) and other conditions including weakness after a hospital stay or an operation. Stay active and healthy!

Deaf Culture studies will be incorporated into the curriculum. The final week of the class will be held at Signs restaurant.
