Download Nomination Form.

The deadline for submission of the nomination and consent forms for Unsung Hero is October 30, 2009.

Invitation to poetry - Calling all poets!

The Planning group is seeking poems about any aspect of disability. Topics can include, but are not limited to accessibility, barriers, community, family, friendship, school, work, health, opportunities, struggles or triumphs. Selected poems will be read and/or displayed at the 2009 International Day of People with Disabilities celebration and posted on their website.
