39th Annual Duncan Seminar: Spina Bifida: Promoting Wellness and Preventing Pitfalls

Event Date and Time: 
April 20, 2018

At this all-day conference gain an understanding of the current aspects of health and development for children with spina bifida across the lifespan. Physical therapy modalities, fostering academic success and psychosocial functioning in youth with spina bifida are highlighted. Speakers include nationally recognized researchers and local clinicians with expertise and interest in the challenges facing these kids and their families. A family panel will provide in-depth coverage of this topic and perspective to the day’s discussion. 

The Art of Resilience

Building on the success of last year's Art of Belonging event, Partners for Planning (P4P) are excited to present their second annual P4P live event. Once again they have invited a group of diverse and passionate speakers to share their thoughts and personal stories related to the theme of resiliency.

 

Location: Crow's Theatre, Toronto, ON

Time: 7pm - 8:30pm followed by an on-site reception

Cost: $20, includes snacks and a cocktail/beverage
